Righteous Judgements Through the Mind of Christ by Pastor Josh Beard

Many feel disqualified from making godly decisions because of their past mistakes and failures. However, God calls us to judge righteously through the mind of Christ, seeing beyond natural circumstances to spiritual realities. Like Joshua the high priest in Zechariah 3, we may have imperfect pasts, but God removes our filthy garments of shame and clothes us with honor and dignity. The enemy accuses us based on our past, but Jesus defends us as chosen vessels. At the cross, justice and mercy meet perfectly - Jesus takes what our sins deserve while we receive unmerited grace and adoption into God's family. With the mind of Christ, we can extend the same mercy we've received and become ministers of reconciliation in a wounded world.
